All the wines on our current list at WineHunter have been tasted by our own resident wine experts, and are the result of their rigorous selection process: Either at our request, or on their own initiative, wine producers send us their wines so that we can taste and add them to our listing. We are also accustomed, in the course of our travels, to taste wines on the spot, and then bring samples back with us, so that we can sample them again during our tasting sessions. Our ultimate aim is to offer you the best wines in the whole world. To date, our catalogue includes wines from different countries. French wines, naturally, coming from our best terroirs, both present and future, but also wines from Australia, South Africa, Chile, Argentina, the US, and, in Europe, from Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Hungary... 2) The Most Favourable Prices
Our in-house buyers are in constant touch with growers from the world's main wine-producing regions. This allows them to select the best wines and, in most cases, sell them on to our customers at a price equal to or lower than the cost of buying them direct from the property. Because we are not tied to a large retail group, we get access to wines that you may not find in large retail outlets. And because we are US leading Internet wine shop, we can generally buy in sufficient quantities to ensure we can provide our customers with excellent value for money.
3) Secure Payment
In order to prevent any risk of misappropriation of your credit card details, WineHunter employs a secure system of payment, using tried and tested encryption protocols that conform to SSL standards. Otherwise, we accept payment by check, sent by post, with your order reference. Please note that your order will not be prepared until we have received your check. These details, together with our delivery commitments, are clearly set out in the "Your basket" section of the site, when you select your preferred method of payment.
4) Complete Satisfaction, Or Your Money Back
If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the wines, you should notify our Customer Services Department so that we can arrange collection from you. The wine will then be tasted by our wine expert. If it is defective, we will send you a substitute wine at our expense, or reimburse you for the goods and delivery charges. If, however, you find the wine is not to your liking, or you change your mind and wish to return it, we will reimburse the cost of the goods but not the delivery charges. Cancelling an Order We must receive written notification of your decision to cancel the order within 30 days of delivery. The goods must be returned to us at your expense, intact, unopened, undamaged and accompanied by all accessories and shipping documentation. We will then reimburse the full amount excluding the initial delivery charges.
